The usual turnaround time for repairs is 10 days.
Repair times are governed by the availability of parts, and where we need to order parts from the manufacturer the turnaround time will increase. Many parts come from overseas, therefore please keep in mind that it may be up to 28 days before we can return your repaired item to you.
We will be in regular contact with you during the repair process to keep you up to date with the progress.
